IML

The prominent feature of its process is that the surface is a hardened transparent film, the middle is a printed pattern layer, and the back is a plastic layer. Due to the ink being sandwiched in the middle, the product can prevent scratches and friction on the surface, and can maintain a bright color for a long time without fading easily.

IML in-film injection moulding

1、Using special mesh yarn to make;
2、Using high resolution photopolymer and pattern angle treatment, the product printing outer circle without jagged;
3、Oil-sparing treatment on the screen surface.

PS squeegee

PS type high polarity solvent resistant squeegee is suitable for polar solvent ink system, does not absorb solvents, is not easy to expand and deform, and has high print resistance, especially for new inks containing special solvents.

TC diffusion Ink

Printing diffusion ink can improve the lighting part of the lamp hole on the product, see the lamp beads of the display motherboard, and solve the problem of uneven distribution of the appearance light source.

IME

In mold electronic technology is the combination of traditional in mold decoration (IMD) technology and flexible printed circuits.

UD Composite squeegee

VFP Ink

INS

This process utilizes thermoforming or high-pressure forming methods to stretch the transferred film material (usually a 0.5mm thick ABS or ABS/PMMA composite film) three times, then cut the insert according to the product shape, and accurately place the insert into the injection mold cavity for injection molding. INS technology is a new process derived from IML (In Mold Injection Molding Decoration) technology, mainly used for interior decoration of automobiles.

FGB Glass Fibreboard Squeegee

1. Manufactured using Japanese squeegee processing, it exhibits superior solvent and wear resistance;
2. The fiberglass board scraping glue combines the fiberglass board with scraping glue, offering the elasticity of the scraping glue and the structural support of the fiberglass board. This allows for a stable printing angle to be maintained even during extended periods, ensuring uniform ink thickness.

DC double cure Ink

It is a wear-resistant, chemical-resistant two-component dual-curing screen printing ink.
1. Silk screen printing ink system that can be printed on the surface of PC material;
2. It can be molded by high-pressure blister molding;
3. Excellent wear resistance and chemical resistance.

Car display screen

Currently, the ink area and window area of most display screens are usually of different colors. When the screen is off, there is a clear color difference between the display area and the edge ink area, resulting in poor visual effects.

Curved Screen Printing Squeegee

Curved squeegee in combination with the customer's own printing process (screen, ink, printing machine) on the basis of adjusting the drawings, through the precision machinery and equipment processing, to ensure that each squeegee repeat processing dimensional stability.

One-piece black high L-value ink

PG Series High L-value Black is a three-component ink specially developed for the application of products such as automotive one-piece displays and TP covers, which makes the screen look one-piece from a straight viewing angle.

M-squeegee

The M squeegee is made from solvent-resistant and abrasion-resistant polyurethane rubber, manufactured in Japan. It features a smooth, clean, and uniform texture with no scratches and neatly finished edges.
