BGM
Blood glucose test strips are mainly printed with functional carbon electrodes, conductive silver electrodes, and insulation layers, and then coated with a chemical coating (containing glucose oxidase or glucose dehydrogenase) at the end of the test strip. The function of this biochemical mixture is to react with glucose in the tester's blood to generate an electric current, which is then converted into a blood glucose value.

The length of the sensor probe is 1.5-2.5 cm, the width is below 100 μm, and the thickness is below 200 μm. The probe is a long strip needle shaped multi-layer composite structure, consisting of an anti adsorption layer, a sustained-release layer, an insulation layer, a working electrode layer, a base layer, a reference electrode layer, an insulation layer, a sustained-release layer, and an anti adsorption layer from one side to the other. The above coatings are all printed.
