The high-quality flat chip is made of HTCC (high temperature co-fired ceramic) process. The multi-layer sensing element integrated with heater in the chip can still maintain accurate measurement performance after long-term use. The nitrogen and oxygen sensor chip uses electrochemical principles to accurately test the NOx content in automobile exhaust by measuring the current. It is mainly used in commercial vehicle nitrogen and oxygen sensors.
