Printed circuit board to conductive layer classification, can be divided into single-sided, double-sided, multilayer three categories. Double-sided and multi-layer principle has a common point, that is, both need to be connected to its level of conductor. The common aspect of adding conductors between layers lies in the punching or drilling of holes at designated points on the printed circuit board, and then forming a conductor layer around the walls of the holes. This conductor layer then creates electrical contacts between the layers to form a circuit. There are many ways to form a mutual hole connection, such as: leads, rivets, or no plating method (chemical precipitation of copper, blackening method) will be the conductor material plated on the wall of the hole, and then direct plating method and so on. This type of method has its own advantages and disadvantages, but also very effective, but the manufacturing cost is expensive and bring the complexity of environmental protection. The generation of through-hole technology, the formation of effective interconnecting holes, can make up for this shortcoming.

Glass fibre board squeegee instructions

Traditional squeegee is made of polyurethane rubber, long time printing, squeegee absorbs solvents in the ink, hardness decreases, swelling and deformation, printing angle is unstable, not suitable for precision screen printing. Glass fibre plate squeegee adopts the combination of glass fibre plate and squeegee, which has the elasticity of squeegee and the support line of glass fibre plate, and it can maintain a stable printing angle for a long time, and the thickness of printing ink is even.

Storage

①Store indoors at 40°C or lower. Do not store in places with high temperature and humidity, direct sunlight and UV rays. (Recommended storage conditions: 23°C±2°C, 60% or lower humidity).

②Do not store near heat generating equipment or dusty places.

③Prohibit bending and heavy pressure, stack flat and stack no more than 20PCS.

④After being left for a long time at low temperature, the squeegee adhesive should not be used immediately after being moved to room temperature, but should be left at 23° for more than 3 hours before use. 

Grinding

Please clean the ink on the surface of the squeegee after use and put it on the SPS-DR squeegee rack for 12 hours to wait for the solvent to be released.

②The M type conventional squeegee needs to be clamped in the squeegee holder for grinding; the FGB/AS squeegee with support plate can be removed for grinding.

③Manual grinder for grinding
