Storage
①Store indoors under 40℃, do not store under high temperature and high humidity, direct sunlight and ultraviolet radiation. (Recommended storage conditions: 23℃±2℃, humidity 60% or lower)
②Do not store near heat generating equipment or dusty places.
③Prohibit bending, pressing, stacking straight and stacking no more than 20PCS.
④squeegee adhesive is stored for a long time at low temperature, it can not be used immediately after being carried to the workshop, it should be placed above 25℃ for more than 3 hours before use.
Grinding
①After using the squeegee, please clean the ink on the surface, put it on the SPS-DR squeegee placement rack to rest for 12 hours, waiting for solvent release.
②The M tradition squeegee needs to be clamped in the squeegee holder for grinding; the FGB/AS squeegee with support plate can be removed for grinding.
③ Manual grinder for grinding.
Maximum grinding with 250 mesh grinding wheel in one pass Rough grinding 0.5mm/Fine grinding 0.2mm.
Maximum grinding with 400 mesh grinding wheel 0.2mm coarse/ 0.1 mm fine grinding.
④ Ground squeegees can be used with the SPS-Sander to polish the edge of the cutter for a smoother cut.
Attention:
SPS squeegee glue are available for multiple grinding, grinding without melting, fine grinding surface and smooth knife edge.
SPS-SG squeegee Grinder can be supplied with various customised grinding wheels: U-shape C-angle R-angle (K1-K5).
