Message

NC is a high-conductivity, high-adhesion general-purpose electrode material. This series is not intended for the fabrication of resistive elements; rather, it is used to produce conductive traces, electrodes, jumper wires, and protective coatings. The design prioritizes low-resistance electrical connections and robust physical adhesion to the substrate.

 

Product Features:

·Good adhesion: This is its most prominent characteristic, indicating that the cured printed film exhibits strong adhesion to substrates such as ceramics and polymers, making it resistant to delamination and thereby ensuring the long-term reliability of the electrical connection.
·Printability stability: As a single-component thermosetting paste, it is easy to use and dries slowly on the printing plate, ensuring stability during the printing process.

 

 

Instructions:

No diluent is required for normal printing; after stirring, the ink can be directly fed into the press.

 

 

Thinner:

No diluent is required for normal printing.
“Only in the following situations is a small addition required.”
·High workshop temperature, thickened paste, and difficult scraping and printing
·Ultra-fine lines; requires better leveling
· Ink return issue, printing is not fine
Add a small amount of Special No. 8 thinner.

 

 

Screen and Squeegee:

Screen mesh: 22–26 N tension polyester mesh, mesh count: 165 mesh (150–180)
Scraper: 70°–75° medium-hard polyurethane scraper

 

 

Printing substrate:

Compatible with: PET, fiberglass boards, and rigid insulating substrates.
Positioning: Primarily focused on heating films, heating sheets, and rigid boards; ultra-soft, highly stretchable substrates are not recommended.

 

 

Curing conditions:

150℃ 30min

 

 

Sheet resistance range: (area resistance converted from 10 µm)

10Ω–200Ω/□

 

 

Storage method:

Store in a cool, dry, light-protected, and sealed container at 5°C to 25°C.
Unopened, original packaging:
6 months (store sealed at 5–25°C)
After opening (lid removed, diluent added):
Use up within 1–2 months.
Once the container is opened, it is prone to moisture absorption, solvent evaporation, and carbon powder settling, causing the formulation to thicken over time and resulting in unstable resistance values.
