These resins are characterized by relatively soft coatings and low drying temperatures (120–130°C), making them suitable for flexible substrates with modest heat-resistance requirements or for low-temperature processing.
KT-MPC (Low-Temperature Drying Type)
Core purpose: It is suitable for applications requiring low-temperature drying, producing a soft, highly conformable coating.
Specification breakdown:
KT-MPC 2.5 kΩ (low resistance): Measured resistance of 8.27 kΩ; converted value at 10 μm is 2.09 kΩ; viscosity of 80 dPa·s; film thickness of 0.38 μm; adhesion rating: OK.
KT-MPC HR (high resistance): Measured resistance is “infinite,” viscosity is 80 dPa·s, and adhesion is satisfactory.
Curing conditions: 130°C / 30 minutes.
Diluent: ECA (Ethyl Carbitol Acetate), CAS No.: 112-15-2.
Screen printing: 200 mesh/25 µm
